The resource attributes are used to track specific job-related skills, certifications and licensing. When a job is raised that requires individual skills or certifications; those requirements can be matched to resources who possess those skills.
To find out which attributes have been linked to a person, go to the attributes tab in resources console.
Viewing and Adding Attributes
Attributes are created in the CRM as "Resource Tags."

Once a resource tag has been created, they can be linked to an individual by clicking "Add New Attribute." Attributes have an expiry date which indicates when the resource requires renewal or recertification.

Click the small "x" next to the "Expiry Date" picker to remove the attribute.
