Files can be attached to a job by uploading them from the mobile app, by adding them directly to the web app, or by adding them directly to the CRM job record. These are synchronized for immediate viewing.
This section describes how to manipulate attachments using the web app.
Viewing and Adding Attachments
Attachments are displayed by clicking on the paper clip icon in the right tabs of job details view.

To add attachments to a job, click on the shaded blue box marked "Drag and Drop or Browse" and select a file, or simply drag-and-drop a file into the shaded area to upload it directly (see Figure 1).
Note: The maximum file size for attachments is 25MB.
Although not mentioned above, audio files can also be attached.
Opening an Attachment
To inspect the contents of an attachment, click on its file name. Most common file types can be displayed directly in the browser. However, some require downloading for viewing.

To delete attachments, click on the small "x" icon to the right of the file name.
