You will be able to access Skedulo using your Salesforce or ServiceNow username and password. If your organization has configured Single Sign-On (SSO), you can also use this to log in.
But most likely, your organization will have been assigned a team name. If so, follow the instructions "Log in using a Team Name" to access the platform (Note: this is required if you are using Skedulo integrated with ServiceNow).

Logging into the Web App (2 min 05)
Step 1: Log in using a Team Name
Use this option if you are using a "Team Name."
Note: If you are using ServiceNow this is the only way to log in.
Using a web browser (preferably Google Chrome), enter the following URL: https://new.skedulo.com/
You'll be presented with a welcome screen. Here you are required to enter the team name that is specific to your organization. With your team name entered, press "Continue" and follow the login prompts to authenticate your user access.

Tip! Direct access to a team site can be made using the following URL syntax: https://<team_name>.my.skedulo.com (where you need to substitute "team_name" with your own). The URL can then be bookmarked for later use.
Info: See the attached guides for more information on Skedulo "Teams."
Forgot Team Name
In the event that you have a team name but cannot remember it, do not panic. There is a way to retrieve your allocated team name via email. Just above the blue "Continue" button is a link to "Find out here"–click this link to open a window where you can submit a request to retrieve it via your email address.
