Once you've gone through the onboarding wizard, this series of "Quick-start" articles will get you creating and dispatching jobs in a jiffy!
If you haven't gone through the onboarding wizard for Skedulo yet, go to the article and follow those steps first. We promise it won't take long!
Test Skedulo users already exist as Salesforce users (if you'd like more information on how to set these up, go to Creating/Editing Salesforce Users).
Please Note! The following examples use a fictitious name and data.
To start, go to the "Resources" console on the Skedulo web app.

Under the "Personal" tab for your chosen resource, ensure that the following fields are populated:
- Mobile phone number.
- Country prefix (e.g., AU or US).
- Preferred notification method.

Update the "Availability" tab for your resource to ensure it reflects their normal working hours.
Tip! This can also be performed using the Availability Console.
