To use Skedulo X, you must first log in and authenticate your CRM credentials. Your CRM administrator can provide you with the necessary credentials to set up a user and its associated Skedulo resource record.
Connect to Skedulo Web App (Classic)
Open Skedulo X, the login screen is the first screen that is presented. Various login options provide you the flexibility to log into different environments.
The button labeled "Login with Salesforce" connects to the user's production environment using the user's Salesforce org (Note: use this option when connecting to our classic web app).
- Salesforce Sandbox–connects to the testing/sandbox environment (used for that user's Salesforce org).
- Custom Salesforce Endpoint–connects to a custom endpoint for Salesforce instances with custom login domains.
- Enable alternate login.

Note: In order for the field resource to login successfully to the mobile app, ensure that (1) you have already set them up as a Salesforce user, (2) applied the "Resource Permission Set" to their user and (3) created a "Resource" record that "Is Active" (in Salesforce) and "Available to Work" (in the Skedulo Web App).

Log in Using Team Name
Your team name is unique to your organization and your organization’s CRM instance. It provides a common login portal for all your registered users.
The button labeled "Login with Team Name" connects to the user's team environment (Note: use this option when connecting to our new web app with Salesforce or ServiceNow).
The login screen has more options available which include:
- Salesforce–connects to the user's production environment using the user's Salesforce org.
- Salesforce Sandbox–which connects to the testing/sandbox environment (used for that user's Salesforce org).
Your Skedulo Customer Service Manager will configure your chosen team name during the initial onboarding process.
Users of ServiceNow CRM are required to log in to Skedulo using team name.

Subsequent Login Using Team Name
Skedulo X will remember your team name for next time (it is stored locally on the mobile device). If you log out of Skedulo X and log back in, you will be presented with a slightly different welcome screen–your login will be prepopulated with your team name. Tap the "Login to <team>" button or the "More options" link and follow any instructions to log back in.

Note: If Skedulo X is removed from your device, your team name is erased from the login screen. It will reappear the next time you successfully log in using your team name.
If you normally use "Single Sign On" (SSO) to log in to Skedulo, first enter your team name and then you will be redirected to the SSO login window on the browser of your mobile device.
Forgot Team Name
In the event that you have a team name but cannot remember it, do not panic. There is a way to retrieve your allocated team name via email. At the top-right of the login screen is a "Forgot?" button–tap this to reveal the "Forgot team name" form.
Figure 4. How to retrieve a forgotten team name using Skedulo X.
Enter your Skedulo user email address and tap the "Send my details" button. The request is sent to your Skedulo server. On receipt of the request, the email address is verified and an email notification is sent out to that email address containing your allocated team name.
