What's New?
Description |
---|
The tabs on the scheduling console are now split into five distinct pages. This means users can now navigate directly to a subpage, e.g., to open up the scheduling console in the map view you can use the URL suffix "/console/maps." Refer to Scheduling Console. |
The date range displayed on the job calendar status panel has been updated. It will now show the full month instead of the current day. |
For the resource filter on the horizontal and vertical swimlanes, we've added a sort option. Resources can now be sorted alphabetically in ascending order. |
In the scheduling console swimlanes, schedulers can now select multiple regions from the resource region filter. |
Admins can now mark a custom field as required on the Skedulo X mobile app. Doing so will automatically make that field editable on mobile, and it will be marked as a required field. Refer to Admin Settings: Custom Fields. |
When creating a new job, the contact field is now optional after an account is selected. Refer to Create Job. |
Issues Resolved
Description |
---|
Custom fields that are defined as "required" will now be displayed regardless of the "show if" rules; enabling a resource to save jobs requiring this type of configuration. Previously these fields were hidden if the "show if" rule determined so (and these types of jobs could not be saved). |
We've updated the admin settings for custom fields so that the admin can choose a custom field to promote. This will display as a banner in the Skedulo X mobile app. Refer to Promoted Custom Field. |
