To use Skedulo X, you must first log in and authenticate your CRM credentials. Your CRM administrator can provide you with the necessary credentials (your userid and password).
Connect to Skedulo Classic Web App
Important! Both your username and user profile are created, stored and maintained on your CRM (using Salesforce for instance). If you have a problem with your username or user profile contact your CRM administrator, they can help you solve any problem.

Log in Using Salesforce UserId
Open Skedulo X, the login screen is the first screen that is presented. Various login options provide you the flexibility to log into different environments.
The button labeled "Login with Salesforce" connect the mobile user to their production environment using their Salesforce credentials.
Note: Only use this option to connect to the Skedulo Classic web app.

- Salesforce Sandbox–connects to the testing/sandbox environment (used for that user's Salesforce org).
- Custom Salesforce Endpoint–connects to a custom endpoint for Salesforce instances with custom login domains.
- Enable alternate login.
Note: (for administrators only) In order for the field resource to login successfully to the mobile app, ensure that (1) they are already set them up as a Salesforce user, (2) applied the "Resource Permission Set" to their user and (3) created a "Resource" record that "Is Active" (in Salesforce) and "Available to Work" (in the Skedulo Web App).
