What's New?
Description |
---|
"Auto-accept jobs" (or automatically confirm jobs) is now available and can be activated via the admin settings. By default, jobs are still required to be accepted manually by mobile resources. However, once "Resources need to accept or decline dispatched job allocations" is disabled, when jobs are dispatched, the resource allocations are automatically set to the "Confirmed" status, and the job status is set to "Ready." Note: Activating "auto-accept jobs" deactivates the SMS admin setting "Prompt resources to accept or decline jobs by SMS reply." Refer to Admin Settings: Workflow and The Skedulo Mobile App: Custom Workflows. |
We've added small red alerts to mark jobs (in the swimlanes) which are allocated to resources, outside their working hours (i.e., outside their availability). This feature is enabled via the admin settings (under "Workflow). Refer to Admin Settings: Workflow and Horizontal Swimlanes. |
The job details view will now hide (or filter out) any resources who are specifically excluded from a job's account or location—to prevent them from being suggested for allocation. Although "exclusions" are primarily configured in the CRM, those excluded can be viewed in the "Exclusions" data table (accessible via the nav bar). Refer to Data Table: Exclusions and Salesforce Account and Location Resource Scores. |
We've made a small change to the user interface which introduces a thin blue border to any input field that is in focus (selected). |
Another small user interface change you may notice introduces small blue placeholders and tag icons to the job cards, in the jobs list. The placeholders reflect the resource requirements for the job, i.e., if two resources are required, two placeholders will be displayed. Once resources are allocated, the placeholders will be replaced by their user profile image (avatar). Rollover the tag icon using your mouse to reveal the requirements that have been set. Refer to Using Job Cards. |
There's now a way to customize the appearance of the "Jobs" console (accessible via the nav bar). New admin settings allow the administrator to hide or reveal the columns displayed, that includes custom fields. Refer to Admin Settings: Custom Tables. |
