The "Service Agreement Management" console enables the scheduler to change the service agreement details for a client, for all open jobs that have already been created.
Find a Client with a Service Agreement Item
In the service agreement management console, search for a client using the "Contact" search field.
- Enter their name.
- Select the category and service agreement item.
- Click "Search."

The results from the search display all the open jobs that use the selected service agreement item (not "Complete" or "Cancelled" jobs).

Replace the Service Agreement Item
Select all the jobs (or an individual job) you wish to change. This will activate the "Replace Service Agreement" button.

Clicking on this will show a screen where an active service agreement item can be selected.
Clicking "OK" will update the selected jobs with the new service agreement record.

Note: Currently, balance checks will not be performed—this is scheduled for a future release.
