We've added an option to the admin settings for "Notifications." It allows admins to specify a different notification template for reminder messages (or for job canceled notifications). This reminder is sent any time a job is re-dispatched, and the resource has confirmed (accepted) the job. Refer to Admin Settings: Notifications. |
Setting up your teams' working patterns just became a little easier. We've made a change to the way that shifts are copied when filters are applied. You'll notice now that when you copy shifts that are filtered in a particular way, only those shift details are duplicated. We hope this makes the copying process a whole lot easier to manage. Do you copy? Copy that! Refer to Shifts. |
For those organizations using "Shifts," it is now possible to filter the shifts calendar using shift tags. Refer to Shifts. |
For "Recurring Schedules," when you make changes (e.g., to notes), you'll now have the option of propagating those changes to other jobs in the series. Refer to Recurring Schedules. |
We added the ability for administrators to redirect standard Skedulo URLs to custom connected pages—using a feature called "Page overrides."If this is something you need, navigate to the admin settings to find this new configuration page. Refer to Admin Settings: Page Overrides. |

A bug allowed "Shifts" to be displayed in the "Resources" schedule swimlanes when the shifts feature itself was disabled—they will no longer show when the feature is off. |
Creating jobs in specific timezones, for certain dates and times, caused an error due to a daylight savings issue—this has been fixed. |
When you drag a shift card in the "Shifts" calendar, it will now update instantly rather than wait for its network request to finish (using a practice called "optimistic updates"). |
If a shift goes beyond the current view range on the shifts calendar, it is now no longer marked as a conflict for resources with "All-day" availability. |
In the swimlanes, dragging the start and end times of a job card that spans across midnight now works correctly. |
We've fixed an issue with the length of long swimlane cards that occurred when zooming in on the "3 days" and "Week" views. |
Another issue fixed—this was for resource custom fields that would not come through correctly, caused by the custom fields name mapping. |
Finally, we've fixed the bug where a resource was incorrectly showing as unavailable on the "Review" panel of the shift offers modal. |
