You can now manually complete jobs from the web app! To complete a job, it will need to be in one of the following states: Ready, En Route, On Site or In Progress. Note: Some details will be required during the completion process. Prompts will provide guidance (e.g., Incomplete tasks, and actual times). Refer to Job Details and Manually Complete A Job. |
The scheduling console map view has undergone a major revamp. For starters, there's a new base layer which renders super smoothly. We have added new map options (accessible via the "Map Layers" menu) to enhance the filtering and selection of objects on the map. We've made many changes, and there's more to come—we hope you like them. Refer to Map View. |
The "Add Filter" drop-down menu in the filter bar now includes a handy search field. Refer to Filter Bar. |
Custom field filters can now be added to the filter bar on the scheduling console pages. Note: Currently, this only applies to the filtering of jobs in the scheduling console. The only custom fields that can be surfaced are of a type "Reference" or "Lookup," and the show settings need to include "Desktop" for them to be displayed in the web app. Refer to Filter Bar and Admin Settings: Custom Fields. |
You are now able to review "Pending" work offers (for jobs and shifts) that are assigned to dates which have already passed (i.e., old offers), via the job's details. Note: The "Offers" modal for these types of job/shift has reduced functionality (e.g., the "Send" tab will not be available). Refer to Job Offers and Shift Offers. |
For "Work Offers," the small orange notification warnings next to a resource's name now contain a "Resolve" link if there is no "notification method" set (i.e., they have no Push or SMS option selected). Refer to Dispatching Jobs (Notification Failure). |
When creating new jobs, any address search that you make that has an associated (saved) location will display the location name with its address. Refer to Create Job. |
The jobs list can now be collapsed (or minimized) to increase the size of the content panel (e.g., you can increase the width of the swimlanes or the map view by minimizing the jobs list and status panel). Refer to Scheduling Console. |
"Optimize" will now suggest times within the visible working hours in the swimlanes, instead of relying solely on a resource's availability. Refer to Intelligent Scheduling using Mastermind. |
When creating an "Availability" or "Unavailability" (using the create button located at the top right of the Skedulo web app), you'll now see a new option to select "All Day." Refer to Create Unavailability. |
