Our "Resources" console now looks a little different. We've redesigned the user interface to make it clearer and cleaner (under the hood has had some attention as well). It's the first major component to be changed—part of a continuous improvement initiative. We hope you'll like it (and your feedback is very welcome too!) Refer to Resources Console. |
For organizations that are using "Shifts," you are now able to utilize a new feature—Shift offers (part of the Skedulo "Work Offer" solution). Refer to Shift Offers and The Skedulo Mobile App: Shift Offers. Note: "Work Offers" (Shift Offers and Job Offers) are available on Skedulo's latest web apps (excluding Skedulo Classic). Contact your Skedulo Customer Success Manager if you require more details on activating them. |
Auto allocation of claimed offers—We have added some new admin settings that will permit schedulers to auto-allocate resources when claims are made for jobs or shifts (part of the Skedulo "Work Offer" solution). Refer to Admin Settings: Workflow. |
We've made some updates to the swimlane displays, to progressively load job and activity information as resources are scrolled into view. Note: This is only active in regions with more than twenty resources. |
Searching for details just became easier. Now by default, all search drop-downs have the first item selected so the user can quickly press enter to select it. Also when performing a search, we show matched results in bold text. Refer to Global Search Bar. |
In the "Scheduling" console, the horizontal swimlanes now step back and forth according to the date range selected (Day, Week, etc.) It now steps three days, when "3 Days" is selected from the view options. A similar action applies to the "Week" view, i.e., it steps the view back and forth in steps of one week. Refer to Horizontal Swimlanes. Note: These actions are also applicable to the "Availability" and "Shifts" consoles. |
We've made a few style changes to the "Shifts" calendar. The shifts day view is now more consistent with the weekly view; plus the calendar now shows public holiday markers next to the date. Refer to Shifts. |
We've refreshed the design and way you create job time constraints tabs. You can also now add additional job time constraints. Refer to Create Job and Job Time Constraints. |
The "Job Details" view will now warn users when the job cannot be loaded due to a permission error in Salesforce. |

We've updated the shifts calendar view to stop showing overnight shifts conflicting with availability templates that run from 12:00 am - 11:59 pm. These templates will now be treated as running from 12:00 am - 12:00 am. |
For organizations using "Job Offers," those resources who have been offered a job but were then allocated outside of job offers workflow, will now show as "allocated" in the job offers modal. |
We've fixed an issue that would stop the swimlane displays updating after allocating a job with time constraints. |
