This section allows admins to view and customize the display of table columns in the Skedulo web app.
Tip
Access to the admin settings is provided via the user profile button (at the top-right of the console).
In the jobs section, the following settings can be configured:
Columns.
When checked, the associated column will be displayed in the "Jobs" console.
If configured, custom fields can be selectively displayed in the jobs table using the "Add a custom field" menu and button. They can be removed from the table using its related delete button.
Lookup Relationship (ID: will be String or number)).
Checkbox (Boolean).
Date (Date).
Number (Double).
Picklist (Picklist).
Picklist multi-select (Multipicklist).
Text (String).
Time (Time).
URL (URL).
Auto-number (String).
Formula (Double).
Currency (Double).
Email (String).
Percent (Percent).
Phone (Phone).
Text Area (TextArea) up to 255 characters.
Roll-Up summary (Double).
Date / Time (DateTime).
Geolocation (Double).
Text Area Long (TextArea)—up to 131,072 characters (the jobs table will truncate text after 3 lines).
Text Area Encrypted (Encrypted string).
Text Area Rich (Htmltextarea).
Master-Detail Relationship (ID).
External Lookup Relationship(ID).
