The job list panel contains a list of individual cards known as "Job Cards." Each card represents a job that has been created. This panel allows easy access to review or manage existing jobs. At its base is a button that can be used to minimize the panel should that be required.
The content displayed on a job card can vary depending on where they are viewed in the Skedulo web app, and whether they contain optional fields.
Details can include:
Job number (or job name).
Job urgency (option).
Job type (with the account if defined).
Recurring schedule (option).
Resource allocation(s) (either empty blue placeholder(s) or the resources avatar(s)).
Card lock (unlocked by default).
Resource requirements (option).
Suggest (option for job optimization).
Map pin (opens the scheduling console map at the job's location).
A long description can contain up to 256 characters.
Clicking on the job card opens that job in the "Job Details" view (or "Job Page" if enabled) where its details can be viewed and changed.
Clicking on the lock icon (named "Lock job") will lock the selected job and its details. When the lock is activated, the job's details (its values) are no longer editable. Locking a job card prevents it from being dragged into the swimlanes—and if locked in a swimlane, it cannot be moved or changed. Easily unlock the job by clicking the same icon on the job card, or via the additional menu located in the header bar of the job details view (or via the actions menu on the job page). Note, once a job has been completed its contents are locked and cannot be changed.
Roll-over the resource requirements icon to view the skill requirements associated with the job.
Clicking on the "Suggest" button (the light bulb icon) highlights time slots in the swimlanes where "Mastermind" considers the job to best fit.
Clicking on the recurring schedule icon will open the recurring schedule view for this job.
Clicking on the map marker icon (named "View on map") opens the map view and centers on the job's location.
Clicking on the card and dragging it to the swimlane lets you allocate a resource to the job. You can add multiple resources to the job via the job's details (i.e., click on the job card). As more resources are allocated to the job, their profile images (or avatars) are added to the job card.
To save UI space, job cards can be resized in the job list panel. The sizes available are large (the default size), medium, and small. A toggle button to change the card size is available at the top of the job list panel.
If the footer of the card is not visible (this includes the lock and map marker icons), it is possible that the job cards have been resized to be either medium or small.
