Creating "Availability Templates" just became easier. Configure the first day's start and end times, and subsequent selections will auto-populate with the previous values. Of course, they can be adjusted after to suit your requirements. Refer to Availability Console. |
You can now save time finding the correct availability template—by adding a template name! Previously, in the availability calendar, if you had multiple templates, you couldn't tell the difference between them as they all are all marked with a generic 'T' (for "Template"). The only way to tell the difference was by opening the template details to see who has been allocated. So, we have added the ability name a template and have replaced the generic "T" indicator with a recurring icon (to indicate it is a template). One-off availabilities represented with the letter "A" have also been changed. To add or edit the names of templates, click on an availability card to open the template summary popup—then click "View details." Note: Adding a name is optional. By default, template names are pulled in from Salesforce. Refer to Availability Console. |
The "Create Activity" modal has been moved to a full page and now supports deep linking using query parameters. For example, the following inserts the text "test" into the notes field of a new activity: https://<teamname>.my.skedulo.com/activities/create?form.Notes=test Refer to Create Activity. |
We've added new option to sort resources by the "most utilized first" in the resource filter (located in next to the scheduling swimlanes). Refer to Horizontal Swimlanes (Resource Filter). |
The "Custom Fields" section of the "Resource Details" page has been renamed to "Additional fields." Refer to Resources Console. |

We've fixed an issue affecting those who use "Create Job Here," on the console map. Jobs will now have there location (latitude/ longitude) set where the user clicked on the map. In some cases, this was a more generic location associated with the "look-up" address. |
We've fixed an issue where search results were becoming hidden (at the top of the browser) if the browser was resized to a smaller viewport. |
We've fixed a bug on the shifts console, where it would not load if there were too many "Shift Offers." |
Attaching additional files to a job that is still uploading other files (attached previously) now works correctly. |
