On the "Availability Requests" page, we've added an option to be able to "reschedule jobs." This allows a scheduler to reschedule a resource's allocated jobs to a period when they are next available—within seven days after their unavailability ends. Jobs can also be reallocated if required. This feature is enabled using a new "Beta" admin setting named "Enable Reschedule Jobs." Note: "Reschedule Jobs" is not available for organizations that have enabled "Resource Requirements." The default value is OFF. Refer to Availability Console and Admin Settings: Beta Features. |
For organizations using "Shifts," you now can filter the display of shifts based on the "Region" field of a shift, when used in conjunction with the console filters. This feature is enabled using a new "Beta" admin setting named "Filter displayed shifts by region." Note: The default value is OFF. Refer to Shifts and Admin Settings: Beta Features. |
When creating or editing "Availability Templates," a scheduler can now quickly extend the time for a day using the "All day" (24 hours) checkbox. Refer to Availability Console. |
We've made some improvements for recurring schedules—A "loading" modal now blocks updates to jobs in a recurring schedule while the schedule is updated. Refer to Recurring Schedules. |
We've improved the calendars on the "Availability" and "Shifts" consoles. Now the dates won't scroll off the page when you scroll down to see your full list of resources in a region! Refer to Availability Console and Shifts. |

We've fixed an issue where holiday information (i.e., its label) was not visible on the swimlanes when "Working hours" was enabled. Now, all label information is visible—this fix also applies to any other card on the swimlanes. |
We've fixed a bug in the filter bar of the map page. Now when you change the region, you will see the correct resources for that region. |
We've fixed an issue that came up when filtering for job's that number past JOB-9999. We have updated the way jobs are ordered so that newer (higher numbered) jobs can now be seen.In detail, we updated the current soft options of jobs when selecting "Job number (newest to oldest)" and "Job number (oldest to newest)." It now orders first by the creation date of the record (which is not exposed to the user), then by job number. |
