Job allocation changes are now reflected in real-time on the swimlanes of a resource's schedule. So when the job's status changes, the color of the card will update automatically—no page refresh required. Refer to Resources Console. |
A scheduler can now dispatch a job to its allocated resources from the map view. Just click on job marker and select "Dispatch All" from the additional menu of the job's details pop-up. Refer to Map View. |
In our previous release, we introduced map location pins to mark job status changes. We've taken this one step further, so now you can click on a map pin and see a pop-up info summary that will show the name of the resource, the transition status of the job and the time of that transition. Also, when multiple resources are allocated to a job, the "Actual Times" tab now becomes visible if any of these resources make status changes. Refer to Job Details. |
Back by popular demand—jobs which have been canceled can now be restored to their previous state. The option "Restore job" can be found in the job header of the job details view—in the additional options menu. Refer to Restore a Canceled Job. ** Update **This feature reintroduction was delayed and unfortunately didn't make this release. It will return in a future release. |
We've made several changes to the admin settings for Salesforce mapped custom fields: The admin settings page has been updated to show the schema displays collapsed by default. The page will now only allow one schema to be expanded at a time. Expanding another schema will automatically collapse the current schema. The same page will now show a summary of any validation errors when clicking "Save." This is in addition to the existing validation error display. The in-line error display has not changed. Salesforce objects with the same name now include their mapping key when displayed in the user interface (UI). This allows those objects to be referenced without losing one of the duplicates. Refer to Admin Settings: Custom Fields. |

We've fixed up the "Activity" blocks in the vertical swimlane—these were not displaying the full activity correctly. |
An issue with the swimlanes has been resolved. Skedulo will now fetch availability data for regions with more than 200 resources. |
We've fixed an issue with timezones displaying the wrong job count in the job details map panel. |
