You'll be pleased to hear that we have added some new user settings that will allow a user to change their preferred unit of measure (as well as date display formats). Note: These preferences only affect you (the user), they will not affect others in the same organization. Plus, they will be stored on the server, so logging into another machine will load any previously selected settings. Refer to User Settings: Preferences and Admin Settings: Preferences. |
In the "Resources" console, there's now a "Schedule" tab which allows schedulers to see the resource's allocated schedule. Refer to Resources Console. |
When a resource (a person or an asset) has an associated custom field, these fields will now be displayed on the resource's details (accessible via the "Resources" console). Refer to Resources Console. |
Continuing with our map enhancements, as a scheduler, you can now check on the map where a job status change was recorded. This helps to confirm a resource's geolocation when a job transition occurred. A new checkbox "Show status change locations on map" has been added to the job details "Actual times" tab. Enabling this option will show pins on the map where the job's status changed. Note: Each job allocation status must have geolocation data to display on the map. This map layer is OFF by default. Refer to Job Details. |
While using the map views, you can now allocate a resource from the job details pop-up on the map and in the swimlane by clicking on the additional menu icon (3-dots) in the top right-hand corner. Refer to Map View. |
When using the map view, if you enable the map layer "Suggested routes," you'll no longer see alerts for "Map display unavailable — No jobs scheduled to display" (we have removed these). Refer to Map View. |
