If it is crucial for you to know the current whereabouts of your workforce, then our latest change to the map views will be of interest.We now provide a timestamp for the last known location of a resource. Details are available by clicking on a resource's map marker (on the map view). The details include both a timestamp when the resource was tracked at that location and its relative duration.

The job offers modal will now display an exception icon for those resources that do not have the required tags, or are unavailable.

We now provide a real-time view of a resource's progress through a job (as they transition through the various job states in a workflow). You can find this information in the job's details under the tabbed view named "Actual times and Time Constraints."

All "Search for resources" fields now support comma separated values across the platform.
A new "Loading" indicator (a pop-out) has been added to the web app. So any time the web app is talking to a Skedulo server, you'll notice a small "Loading..." pop-out message at the bottom right of your console screen.
We've fixed a problem with job card tooltips on the swimlanes—they were getting in the way when a card was being dragged between lanes. Now they are hidden during the movement.
If you experienced the error "Job Update Failed" while dragging the handle of a job card over another, it should no longer happen.
While filtering to add resources to the job details swimlane, when you click on the add (+) button, the filtered resources list was not being refreshed to its original state—now it will.
