We've added the option to view "Working Hours" only in the console swimlanes. Once the feature is enabled, the swimlanes will only show timeslots for the working hours that have been defined. You can set the current working hours in the swimlane settings (the drop-down menu (three dots) at the right of the swimlanes' action bar). For example, you could use this to remove blank weekends from the timeline. Note: To display working hours in the swimlanes, the option "Enable Working Hours" must be turned on in the "Beta Features" section of the admin settings. Refer to Admin Settings: Beta Features and Horizontal Swimlanes. |
We've added an option to the "Scheduling" section of the admin settings that will disable travel times being shown in the swimlanes. With this option enabled, the thin black bars in front of job cards will disappear and the average travel time field above the swimlanes will be blank. The default value is OFF. Refer to Admin Settings: Scheduling. |
We've added an admin setting for scheduling that will stop "Suggest" from highlighting optimal timeslots in the swimlanes. Suggestions can still be applied using the "Lightbulb" icon which appears on job cards in the job list, or via the "Lightbulb" button in job details view which appears when this setting is enabled. The default value is OFF. Note: If your organization has enabled Multiple Resource Requirements, the "Suggest" feature is not available yet, therefore this option will not apply for now. Refer to Admin Settings: Scheduling. |
"Time Constraint" definitions, accessible via the job details view, have been updated. Constraints initially defined during job creation, can now be updated or removed via the job's details. Refer to Job Time Constraints. |
The data table for "Availability Types" has been updated to include a new "Type" field. This will determine if the availability type is to be used for "Availability" records, "Unavailability" records, or both. Refer to Data Table: Availability Types. |
We've updated our shifts feature with the ability to assign "Shift Tags." Tags can be added when creating or updating a shift. The shift exception icon has also been updated to show when any of the assigned resources do not match the tags. Note: The "Shifts" and Shift Tag" features are available on Skedulo's latest web apps (excluding Skedulo Classic). Contact your Skedulo Customer Success Manager if you require more details on activating them. Refer to Shifts. |
