An analytics dashboard can help a scheduler manage their workforce more effectively. By analyzing the reported data, the scheduler can make informed decisions about the amount of work coming into the organization and calculate the efficiency of their team in addressing that work.
With Skedulo, organizations can develop their own analytics dashboard similar to the example provided, using a web extension (available via the Skedulo SDK).
To enable the analytics dashboard, perform the following actions:
From the admin settings, select "Connected pages."
Select the "Web app" tab.
Check the box for "Analytics.
Click the "Publish" button. As a result, a new navigation button will appear in the navigation menus.
