Files can be attached to a job by uploading them from the mobile app, by adding them directly to the web app, or by adding them directly to the CRM job record. These are synchronized for immediate viewing.
This section describes how to manipulate attachments using the web app.
Attachments are displayed by clicking on the paper clip icon in the right tabs of the job details view or by selecting the "Attachments" tab using the job page.
To add attachments to a job, click on the shaded blue box marked "Drag and Drop or Browse" and select a file, or simply drag-and-drop a file into the shaded area to upload it directly (see Figure 1).
The maximum filesize for attachments is 25MB.
Although not mentioned above, audio files can also be attached.
To delete attachments, click on the small "x" icon to the right of the file name.
