This section of admin settings allows admins to import data into and export data out of Skedulo.
In the import settings section the following settings can be configured:
Data type.
The data type picklist allows administrators to select a data type for import. Once selected, the option to "choose a .csv file to import" is displayed.
When a value is selected from "Data type" drop-down menu options, a text link will appear where a "csv" template (in the format required by the import process) can be downloaded.
Note: Existing data will not be overwritten. Any matching records will create duplicates in the system. Once import starts this process cannot be canceled.
The default value is "no data type is set."
In the export settings section the following settings can be configured:
Data type.
The data type picklist allows administrators to select a data type for export. A CSV file is generated and exported to your local drive (to your browser default download location).
To export data, select a data type and click the "Start export" button.
The default value is "no data type is set."
Note
Once export starts this process can’t be canceled.
