Access to the "Email Resource Roster" is provided via the additional options menu, located at the top-right of the resource's details. Clicking on this will launch the "Send Roster" modal, where the recipient's email address can be entered. There is the option to send the roster to the user's email address or some other email address, by entering the address manually.
Additional contacts can be added to the distribution list if required (via the "Search and Add Email Contacts" field).
It is possible to add email addresses manually or email the roster to yourself.
The next time you print the roster for this location the previous contacts entered will be pre-populated.
Once a valid email selection has been entered, the confirm button becomes available. Once clicked, an email will be sent with the roster as an attachment to the nominated email address.
The "Open and print the Roster" button (bottom-left of the modal) will open the roster in a new tab, ready for print (this is the same information as in the email attachment).
For each site on the service management console, there is the ability to print or email the roster using the "Print Site Roster" text-link. This print option is available in each site in the filtered results (made available in each site's section header).
