To be able to leverage the available Skedulo+easyemployer functions, the integration settings need to be customized to align with the rules applicable to your operations.
Within Setup > Custom Settings, select "Sked Easyemployer Integration Settings" and then click the "Manage" button.
The available configuration is as follows:
Location: The Salesforce environment the configuration is applicable to
EE User Entitlement.

EE API: easyemployer endpoint API.
EE Ability API: The API queried to get tags.
EE Endpoint: Link the API queries are hitting.
EE Get Cost API: The API queried to get the costing of a resource delivering a job.
EE Integration Credentials: The login credentials (username+password) of the easyemployer user-defined for the Skedulo+easyemployer API integrations.

JA Status for Start Time: Defines what is considered the start time of job delivery and is used to determine the actual job duration calculated.
Job Gap Threshold: Controls the tolerable gap between a previous shift's end time and a new job's start time which can see a resource still being considered for allocation and the previous shift being extended.
Minimum Shift Length: Minimum length for a shift.
Roster Length: Defines the length applicable to the roster period (i.e., 7 = 7 days).
Roster Start Date: Start date of the first roster period commenced within Skedulo.
EE Shift Import API: API hit to push shift records within an approved timesheet to easyemployer.
Display Role: Defines whether the role lookup function shows within the job creation/edit modals.
-
Allow to Work on Multiple Roles: Controls whether if a resource has a shift for a differing role, but no conflicting job allocations, that shift can be ended and a new one created for an alternative role requiring fulfillment.
For example, if a job requires a physiotherapist, and a resource has the appropriate related user group to deliver this role but they already have an existing shift for a different role (during or overlapping with the job) and there are no conflicting job allocations related to the existing shift (either at the same time/overlapping or scheduled times after the job times), then the existing shift can be ended and a new one created for the role of physiotherapist.
This custom setting is where the break type codes associated with break type values of shifts are required to be entered to support the timesheet payroll import functionality. When creating break type values within your easyemployer environment, a code will be associated with each. Your easyemployer account manager can provide you with assistance in obtaining these values.
Name: Type value of the break (must exactly match the picklist value defined within the "Shift" field).
Break Code: Code of the break within easyemployer.
The custom setting controlling the "Skedulo Healthcare" package also requires some configuration to enable and support the skedulo + easyemployer build.
