To be able to leverage the available Skedulo + KeyPay functions, the integration settings need to be customized to align with the rules applicable to your operations.
Within "Setup > Custom Settings":
The following are the only settings that can be configured for an environment. The rest will be a one-off set up performed by Skedulo.

Controls the tolerable gap between a previous shift's end time and a new job's start time—which can see a resource still being considered for allocation with the previous shift being extended. |
Create Travel Activity When JA Completed. |
If set to true, a new travel activity will be created, when JA is completed. End Time = JA Time In Progress and Start Time = JA Time In Progress - Estimated Travel Time. |
