You have created your user record—but before the user is able to access Skedulo, you will need to:
Add permissions.
Set the "skeduloUserType."
Add a Sked license.
You will also need to create a resource record for those users who will need to be assigned to jobs.

In Salesforce, go to "Setup" and search for "Users." Click on a user's "Username" to open their details. Scroll down the page locate the section named "Permission Set Assignments." Click the "Edit Assignments" button and applying the following:
For resources, apply the "Skedulo Resource" and the "Healthcare Resource Permission Set."
For schedulers, apply the "Skedulo Scheduler" and "Healthcare Scheduler Permission set."
For those users who are both a resource and a scheduler, apply all of the above.

In addition to the Skedulo permission sets, there will also be a Lumary permission sets assigned. All resources will need to have the "Lumary - Rostering" permission set.
In Salesforce, go to "Setup" and search for "Users." Click on a user's "Username" to open their details. In the "User Details" section, click the "Edit" button. Scroll down to locate "skeduloUserType."

Select a user type from the "Available" field:
For resources, select "Resource."
For schedulers, select "Scheduler."
For admins, select both "Scheduler" and "Administrator."
Using the buttons provided, click to add the selected user type (on the left) to the "Chosen" field (on the right).
All active skeduloUserTypes for the user are displayed in the "Chosen" field.
Note
This field will appear on the user record. If it does not, you will need to add it to your page layout.
In Salesforce, go to "Setup" and search for "Users." Click on a user's "Username" to open their details. Scroll down the page locate the section named "Managed Packages." Click the "Assign Licenses" button and assign a Skedulo license to all Skedulo users.
