The "Services" form is used to support the healthcare sector. When creating a job, both a site and service need to be selected.
If the service selected on a job has the "Charge Per = Client," the 4a/4b form will be shown in the Skedulo mobile app.
The clients being shown in the Skedulo mobile app, will be those that are linked to the sites "Appointment Service," where for that service, they are active.
At the top of the "Services" form, you will see the job times and the service being delivered. Expanding those services will show the first three clients. The "Show More" button will load the next three contact records. Names entered the search bar will search all the contacts and filter the results accordingly.
For each funded client, the following details will be shown:
Count of services delivered (services delivered in the period on the planned service object) and services required (the quantity field on the site service object) for the period.
Name.
Alerts (will be shown via a pop-out).
Photo.
Bed and room number.
Address.
Status of service: "Complete," "Cancel," or "In Progress."
Phone and text icons: These enable calls or texts to be made to the client.
The "Cancel" and "Complete" buttons determine the outcome of the service for the client. If cancel is selected, a cancellation reason must be selected, and comments can be added.
Once the action has been selected, these two buttons (cancel and complete) will be removed from the page, and a job contact service record will be created—which will create a "Service Delivered" record. The count of services will also be updated, the next time the form is refreshed.
The "Save" button on the form should then be tapped. If the mobile user navigates away from the form without saving, they will be prompted to save their changes.
If the selected service has a "Charge Per = Bed" (set in Salesforce CRM), the RAC form will be shown in the Skedulo mobile app. This will show all the clients that have a current "Respite Booking for Beds" that are linked to the site selected on the job.
The first three clients will be shown in the mobile app form. The "Show More" button will load the next three contact records. Names entered the search bar will search all the contacts and filter the results accordingly.
For each funded client, the following details will be shown:
Name.
Alerts (will be shown via a pop-out).
Photo.
Bed and room number.
Address.
Phone and text icons: these enable calls or texts to be made to the client.
Services delivered (these are the types that have been previously selected via "Add RAC").
When the "Add RAC" button is tapped, a pop-up will appear where a RAC type can be selected with a comment. The RAC types will be those "Service Types" on the service record.
When "Confirm" is selected, the service selected will be shown under the client, and a job contact service record will be created—which will be used to create the "Service Delivered" record.
Note
If all service types have been added to a client, the "Add RAC" button will not be visible.
The "Save" button on the form should then be tapped. If the mobile user navigates away from the form without saving, they will be prompted to save their changes.
