For a Skedulo resource record, where their "Employment Type" equals "Full-Time," shift creation is triggered via the creation of an availability within the "Resources Console," where a role is required to be related to the availability.
The shift record details will copy the following information from the availability:
Resource.
Role.
Start Time.
End Time.
Within the roster management console, when the following filters are applied:
Resource (selected).
Type field = "Shift."
A "Create Shift" button will be exposed.
When "Create Shift" is selected, the create shift modal will launch with the following fields for entry:
The start date will prepopulate with today's date (mandatory).
The end date will prepopulate with today's date (mandatory).
Scheduled start (mandatory).
Scheduled end (mandatory).
Break type.
Break start.
Break duration.
Role (mandatory).
Site.
Region.
Alternatively for resource records where their "Employment Type" is not equal to "Full-Time," if a resource is deemed as being available to deliver a job but a shift is not yet existing, at the point of allocation a shift will be created with the following information copied from the job and job allocation to the shift:
Resource (Job Allocation).
Role (Job).
Start Time (Job).
End Time (Job).
