An employee that is traveling to the job, performing the service and ultimately completing the job through the Skedulo mobile app. |
Job. |

A service or offering that is assigned to an account, contact, address, type, description, and duration. A job will be assigned to a certain date/time. A job can be staffed by resources via "Job Allocations." A job can have a one to many relationship with shifts. |
Job Allocation. |

The relationship between the job and the resource. Job allocation has a many to one relationship with the job and shifts. |
Shift. |
Shift. |
A period of time defined for a resource. A shift can have a one to many relationship with jobs and job allocations. |
Tag. |
Qualification. |
Skill sets, attributes or requirements that can be assigned to jobs and resources. Allows schedulers the ability to see the resources that can complete the job. |
Resource tag. |
Employee qualification. |
The relationship between the resource and the tag. |
Unavailability. |
Leave Request. |
One-off available or unavailable time for a specific resource. Unavailabilities point of entry and update for the Skedulo + KeyPay integration should be within KeyPay. |
Location. |
Region. |
Each Skedulo Location will map to a KeyPay location. |
