Resource.

Employee

An employee that is traveling to the job, performing the service and ultimately completing the job through the Skedulo mobile app.

Job.

A service or offering that is assigned to an account, contact, address, type, description, and duration. A job will be assigned to a certain date/time. A job can be staffed by resources via "Job Allocations." A job can have a one to many relationship with shifts.

Job Allocation.

The relationship between the job and the resource. Job allocation has a many to one relationship with the job and shifts.

Shift.

Shift.

A period of time defined for a resource. A shift can have a one to many relationship with jobs and job allocations.

Tag.

Qualification.

Skill sets, attributes or requirements that can be assigned to jobs and resources. Allows schedulers the ability to see the resources that can complete the job.

Resource tag.

Employee qualification.

The relationship between the resource and the tag.

Unavailability.

Leave Request.

One-off available or unavailable time for a specific resource. Unavailabilities point of entry and update for the Skedulo + KeyPay integration should be within KeyPay.

Location.

Region.

Each Skedulo Location will map to a KeyPay location.
