What's New?

Description

We've made several improvements to the Custom fields page to make it easier to map custom fields. This includes the following changes:

  • When importing custom field mappings, there is now the option to merge instead of replacing the existing mapping. If there are changes to existing mappings, they will be updated, and new mappings will be added. The "Merge" option is selected by default.

  • Replace existing mappings will replace the existing mappings with the JSON mappings.

  • Merge existing mappings will update existing mappings and append any new mappings.

  • A visual warning will be visible for the objects 'Case' and 'Products' letting the admin know these require a special license.

The Mobile Settings page has been rearranged to make it easier to work with.

We've also added new settings to the Mobile Settings page that allow you to configure availability data retrieval for a specified number of days in the past and future.

This setting requires Skedulo Mobile App v2.16.0 or later.

When you enter text in to a custom field text area that has a defined length, we now display the total count and remaining number of characters you can enter into that field.

Issues Resolved

Description

We now prevent the card details view pop-up from opening when a card is dragged on to the calendar view.

The error message you receive when you attempt to allocate a job to a resource that has already declined the job has changed to provide more user-friendly information. Previously, the error toast you received was GraphQL Duplication Error. We've changed this to Resource has already declined this job.

Some customers noticed jobs were occasionally appearing twice in the Calendar view. We've changed the way we retrieve job data to prevent this from happening anymore.
