Some users reported that they could not save their profile after making a change to their country code or mobile number. This was due to a sync issue, which has now been resolved. |
We've fixed an issue where shift updates failed when users started a shift then either refreshed or closed the Skedulo Mobile App. This caused the shift status to reset back to Start shift. This was due to a custom data validation error. When users attempt to start a shift where there are validation errors, an Unable to save changes error message is now displayed. |
We've updated the information displayed on sync error messages that occur when updating custom fields that have invalid data. This makes it easier to troubleshoot what has caused the error. |
Some iOS users reported that they were unable to share or save a PDF document from Job Attachments. This issue is now resolved and PDF attachments can be downloaded and saved. |
There was a login timeout issue affecting some of our Skedulo for Salesforce customers with large numbers of records. This issue has been resolved and the agenda now loads as expected. |
