HCAO MP v1.118

Salesforce Winter 21 Upgrade

Customers who upgrade their Salesforce sandbox or production org with Salesforce Winter 21 may have a compatibility issue with AU Healthcare v1.118 as Salesforce has made changes to the permissions for accessing certain code types. 

The issue can be addressed by contacting your Skedulo Custom Success Manager who will have a technical update applied to the Salesforce org where Salesforce Winter 21 has been applied.

Important

Lumary Compatibility: This version of the AU Healthcare Package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare Package.

Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.

  • Enrite Care: 14.0.9 or greater.

  • Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater.

Skedulo Compatibility: This version of the AU Healthcare Package is compatible with the following Skedulo packages. The following versions of the Skedulo package must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare Package.

  • Skedulo: 102.51.3

What's New?

Description

For Service Management Console customers...

  • Now able to see the service contracted hours at a Site. There is some ability to customise the way your organisation calculates the service contracted hours
  • Work can now be billed against a Site instead of as Service Delivered Records for an individual client.

For Timesheet Console customers...

  • The options for creation of the Service Delivered Record have been enhanced to include new options...

    • On completion of the individual job

    • On approval of the individual job on the Timesheet Console

    • When the resource's timesheet is approved for a payroll period

  • Important: New Custom Setting...

    • A new custom setting, "SD_Creation_Trigger_By", is available and is to be used from HCAO MP v1.118 onward.

    • Customers using the earlier custom setting, "Enable_SD_Creation_By_JA_Approval", are to be migrated to the new custom setting when v1.118 is deployed to their org. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for further information.

Client Tags...

  • The use of client tags on recurring jobs has been enhanced to better manage tags when adding clients or removing clients from recurring jobs.
