Salesforce Winter 21 Upgrade

Customers who upgrade their Salesforce sandbox or production org with Salesforce Winter 21 may have a compatibility issue with AU Healthcare v1.120 as Salesforce has made changes to the permissions for accessing certain code types. 

The issue can be addressed by contacting your Skedulo Custom Success Manager who will have a technical update applied to the Salesforce org where Salesforce Winter 21 has been applied.

Important

Lumary Compatibility: This version of the AU Healthcare Package is compatible with the following Lumary packages. The following versions of the Lumary packages must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare Package.

Contact Lumary for the following package upgrades.

  • Enrite Care: 14.0.25 or greater.

  • Enrite Services: 1.115 or greater.

Skedulo Compatibility: This version of the AU Healthcare Package is compatible with the following Skedulo packages. The following versions of the Skedulo package must be installed prior to updating the AU Healthcare Package.

  • Skedulo: 102.51.3

Description

For Resource Roster Console customers...

  • When displaying the hover for a job on the Resource Roster Console, the client's name now appears on the hover. This makes it easier to see which jobs apply to which clients without having to edit the job.

For Service Management Console customers...

  • An enhancement has been made to enable the editing of Service Jobs in all AU Healthcare consoles (e.g. Resource Roster Console). Service jobs must still be created in the Service Management Console however now can be edited in all other consoles.
  • Schedulers now have the ability to cancel a job from the Service Management Console. A reason for the cancellation is required.

 General...

  • Resources will now be able to view their Total Scheduled Hours before submitting their timesheet using the Skedulo mobile app. This will allow resources to confirm the total scheduled hours they have worked before submitting their timesheet for processing.
  • The 'Location' field can now be made mandatory for the Resource Roster Console, Roster Management Console and Timesheet Console. A new Salesforce custom setting, 'Require_Shift_Location', has been added to enable Skedulo administrators to turn the feature on or off.
