For Service Management Console customers...

The custom setting, 'Allow_Past_Job_Creation_On_Booking', has been extended to include the Service Management Console. When enabled, the setting allows work to be created a date prior to the current date.

Setting options...

• Set 'Allow_Past_Job_Creation_On_Booking' to "true" to enable the creation of jobs prior to the current date
• Set 'Allow_Past_Job_Creation_On_Booking' to "false" to restrict creation of jobs to the current date or a future date

For Service Management Console customers...

The method for selecting has been refined. Now, only wings that are linked to the site (via beds linked to the site) are available for selection.

For Roster Management Console customers...

A new custom setting, 'Active_Client_Statuses', has been added which restricts client searches to a set of configured statuses when creating jobs on the Roster Management Console.

Setting Options...

• Use the client status options to define the clients to be returned in the search. Use a comma to delimit each option.

Hint: Set 'Active_Client_Statuses' to "Current, Waiting" to restrict the search to include only current clients or waiting clients.

Dispatching Jobs...

A new custom setting, 'Auto_Dispatch_Job', is available to manage the dispatching of work to resources from the AU Health consoles.

Use the custom setting to control whether

• allocated resources are automatically accepted and notified when the job is created, or 
• the scheduler must dispatch the job from the Skedulo Web App.

Setting Options...

• Set 'Auto_Dispatch_Job' to "true" to automatically dispatch a job when creating jobs and allocating resources.
• Set 'Auto_Dispatch_Job' to "false" to manually dispatch a job when creating jobs and allocating resources.

Several bug fixes.
