Skedulo New Web App Release Notes v20.46.0

The Jobs menu has been changed to Work as we move toward embracing all types of work. 

You'll notice this change on the global navigation bar and throughout the Skedulo web app.

The Jobs list is now called the Work list and can be sorted by Upcoming work or Past work using the filter drop-down in the upper-right corner of the table.

You will also notice that the Job Number and Description fields on the Work table are in separate columns, with the Job Number now on the right side of the table. 

We've updated the styling on the Job Offers modal to display travel distance.

Administrators can now choose what information to display on job cards that appear on swimlanes. This applies to cards that appear on the following parts of the Skedulo web app:

• Swimlane
• Vertical swimlane
• Resource schedule
• Grid view (beta)

We've updated the job list card design to display more relevant information first.

• The Description field appears at the top of the card and highlighted in bold.
• The selection box is now on the right.
  The job status and priority indicators are now on the lower-left.
  The new layout uses less vertical space, so more cards are visible in the list.

Users have reported that an internal server error occurs when attempting to reallocate jobs in a recurring schedule from the swimlane.

This is due to separate operations being executed simultaneously, causing a locking error. We've resolved this issue so that the update and delete requests no longer execute at the same time.

When using the swimlane to change the allocated resource for a job in a recurring schedule, schedulers were receiving a prompt to confirm the changes twice.

We've improved the confirmation message so that more context is provided to give schedulers a clearer understanding of what they are changing.

We've fixed an issue with shift offers showing an Offer notification could not be sent error after the resource has already accepted the job.
