Client Billing for Transport Activities...

• With the introduction of NDIS Transport service line items, a resource's kilometres for Transport with Participants can now be used when billing the client.

IMPORTANT:

• Due to the way NDIS has categorised the Transport line items it is not possible to use the standard Service Category to determine if the Transport service line item is, in fact, a Transport line item. The workaround for customers is to explicitly include the word ‘Transport’ in the Service Name. The total kilometres travelled with the client will then be used in calculating the relevant billing records.

Enhanced Mobile Timesheet Summary...

• A resource is now able to view a summary of their travel and transport items for the timesheet period prior to a resource submitting their timesheet.
• Total actual durations and total actual kilometres for both Travel To and Transport can now be viewed in addition to the existing total scheduled hours and total actual hours for the timesheet period.
• See 'Submitting a Timesheet' section in the Timesheet Console for further details

Cancellation Note...

• A new 'Cancellation Note' field has been added to the Cancellation modal.
• The new field can be used to record a text note for the cancellation along with the reason and the option to manually set whether the cancellation is billable or non-billable.
• Applies when cancelling a Single Booking Job, Group Event Job or Cancelling a Client from a Group Event job

For Service Management Console customers...

• Fixed an issue where, when selecting an availability option which was to record availability (as oppose to unavailability) the record was not registering as available but as unavailable. This is now consistent with other consoles.

Several smaller bug fixes applied
