Overview
These considerations apply to enabling List Views within the Skedulo Web App.
Permissions
The columns defined by the admin are accessible to all users that have authenticated into the web app. If specific permissions have been defined for the field or object it does not impact the column visibility.
Mass action buttons
The following mass action buttons are currently available for the "All Work" (previously "All Jobs") list view.
- Notify
- Lock
- Unlock
- Deallocate
- Unschedule
- Cancel
Additional mass action buttons are not currently able to be configured for the All Work list view. Custom mass action buttons are not able to be configured for other list views.
Record creation
Record creation is supported within the global navigation for the following objects.
- Jobs
- Activities
- Availabilities
However, record creation actions are not currently configurable for list view pages.
Record detail pages
It is possible to navigate to record detail pages from a list view in the following ways:
- Where there is a record page pre-existing. For example, the "Job Detail" page (see Job Details).
- Where a web extension has been built to display an individual record (see Web Extensions )
It is currently not possible to display a record detail page outside of the two options above.
Global Navigation
It is possible to update the Global Navigation to display list views for the supported objects referenced in this article (see List Views: Supported Objects). It is not currently possible to configure the Global Navigation to display additional list view pages for other standard or custom objects.
The following additional list views are supported by the web app and are accessed via URL
- Job Allocations
https://{{your-team-name}}.my.skedulo.com/platform/page/job-allocations-list
- Job Offers
https://{{your-team-name}}.my.skedulo.com/platform/page/job-offers-list
- Custom Objects (Administrators are required to configure the default columns)
Custom Objects
To access a custom object list view, construct your URL to use the below syntax. If your custom object name contains spaces, replaces spaces with a "-" in the URL.
Syntaxhttps://{{your-team-name}}.my.skedulo.com/platform/page/{{object-label}}-list
Example
Object Label: Timesheet Entry
Object Name: TimesheetEntry
List View URL: https://acme.my.skedulo.com/platform/page/timesheet-entry-list
