A new custom setting has been added that allows you define which consoles will auto dispatch work after it is created. The previous setting would auto dispatch work regardless of the console you were using but you can now select the consoles to enable this by heading into Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > Auto_Dispatch_Job_Settings.
You can now select a claim type when attaching services to a job. You will need to ensure that Lumary services are configured correctly to allow the claim types to be selected. When we hand the services back to Lumary for billing, the service delivery records will have the claim type. Note: The Claim type field will default to off until our Healthcare Package 1.146. It can be turned on by heading to Custom Setting > Skedulo Configs >
For Service Management Console users, we have introduced the ability to select a timezone to show times based on the jobs timezone, instead of the resources timezone.
For Timesheet Console users, we have added a new custom setting to control which resource categories are used when returning the list of resource timesheets to approve. Not all resources need timesheets approved, so to speed up the process you can now only show resources that are attached to a particular resource category. Enable this filter by heading to Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > Timesheet_Resource_Categories.
We have introduced an alert when a scheduler is attempting to use a service agreement that relates to the wrong time of day or day of the week for the scheduled time and date. To support this the Service on a Service Agreement Item will have a new field to capture the “Time of Day”. A custom setting will be used to allow customers to individually manage the time parameter for each "time of day". The Custom Setting is Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > services_Time_Of_Day_Check. There is another custom setting to allow customers to set the parameters around the times of day, Custom Settings > Skedulo Configs > Service_Time_of_Day_settings
In version 1.144 we released the new UI changes ready for the group event changes that were set for July 1st. The deadline for this has moved to July 1st, 2022 but providers can make this move on their own timeline before July 1st, 2021. To support customers with bulk updating services attached to jobs, we have added the ratio select box to the service agreement management console. Please contact your CSM when you are ready to complete the updating process or to discuss a more staggered approach to making this change.
With the release of the new group event capabilities, Skedulo is updating the group attendee mobile form to provide apportionment value and attendance times capabilities. As the customer can move to apportioning of group events in their own time before July 1st, 2022 these changes are turned off by default, you can turn them on by going to Custom Settings > Sked Service Line Custom Form
Please be aware that the new group event changes are turned off by default and can be turned on following the discussion with your CSM. |
