What's New?
Description |
We have introduced a new Walk-in Flow in the booking process that is similar to the Per Interaction Flow. The Walk-in Flow originates from the QR code placed at a clinic's (location’s) entrance. Upon the scan of this QR code, the users are redirected to the appointments that are available at that location in the booking application. This flow consists of a new secure endpoint named publicRedirect to generate these public links. These links will let the user skip the landing page, screening page and the location search/select page. These links are multi-useable until they expire. This means that the same link can be used again by other users to book an appointment in the same location until the link expires. |
The location pools are now passed into the Manage Your Bookings page. With this, only those locations from the passed-in location pool are bookable by users in their booking flow. |
We have revised the cancellation notifications for the appointments in the past. The cancellation notifications for the past appointments will no longer be sent via SMS but email only. |
We have enhanced the |
We have updated the Group Booking reminder communication. We now merge all booking reminder information into a single email but sent out multiple booking reminder SMSes to each person in the group. However, for the booking reminder introduction text, the details of the primary contact are unavailable at this point so we recommend keeping the email communication generic and avoid addressing the primary contact in particular. For example, instead of setting an introduction sentence that renders like "Hello Max, your appointments are coming soon", we recommend you set a generic sentence like "Hello, your appointments are coming soon". |
On the location selection page, after a user scrolls down (and/or click load more), selects a clinic, and then clicks the back button, the screen maintains the user's original page position so they can pick up where you left off on the clinic search results. |
We have updated the package so that the accessibility is improved for the required radio buttons. Also, when the form fields have specific errors, they are now announced by the Screen Readers. |
When the user clicks on a date/day in the calendar, the adjacent page now reads out the number of available bookings by the Screen Reader. |

Data caching issue |
When a user goes back on a browser and changes data, the system was not creating different accounts for each changed record due to data caching. This issue has been resolved. |
