What's New?

Description
We have changed the duplicate booking prevention logic to also consider details in the appointment as well as the booking. Specifically, we can now check the dose of the appointment so that a booking that has a dose 2 appointment will not be prevented if the user already has a booking with a dose 1 appointment, as these doses do not overlap. This functionality is useful for mixing vaccine types within bookings. This functionality is turned on using a new environment variable called deDuplicationConsidersDoses. By default, this variable is set to false which means that the existing deduplication behaviour will continue unchanged. On the other hand, when the deDuplicationConsidersDoses is set to true, this new behaviour will be enabled. Please contact your Skedulo Customer Success Manager to enable this variable. 

We have made the following updates to Screen Readers in this version:

  1. The Screen Reader now not only reads out the loading process of the result but also the number of available locations in the search results. 
  2. The Screen Readers now announce the confirmation code by reading out the individual characters instead of trying to read it as a single word.
  3. The Filter Locations label is tied to the dropdown button for accessibility while using Screen Reader
The unnecessary characters from the booking reference code have been removed so that they do not hinder the copy/paste action of the code.

Visibility of availability

 The Availability of some locations was not visible while booking. This issue has been resolved. 

Issue with the back button

While using the Manage Your Appointments page via PIF,  the back button works as expected now.

 

Location search issue

The issue of the booking application returning the address of the USA despite searching for a New Zealand postcode or suburb has been resolved.
