We have enhanced the user experience of the booking process so that users are now notified with appropriate messages when it is not possible to book the appointment for various reasons despite being eligible for vaccination. Some of the reasons for failing to book the appointments could be:

We have added support in our third-party broker service for routing to Salesforce-hosted endpoints and reusing SF authentication so that the users don’t have to re-answer the same questions again on the third-party location’s website. To enable this support, the following environment variables should be set up:
With this setting, when a third-party location is selected in the booking application, the system authenticates the endpoint using Salesforce credentials and passes the results of eligibility through to third-party locations. If the system fails to use the URL, it fallbacks to the external URL link set in Salesforce.`
