Skedulo + PeoplePayPackage Release Notes v1.51

This package version requires the following mandatory packages in place before installation.

An enhancement to manage the individual timesheet items within the timesheet so as to send only the approved ones to PeoplePay Payroll as a timesheet entry.

Instructions:

As a Scheduler or Timesheet Approver,

• Navigate to the timesheet console in Skedulo,
• Choose a Timesheet item (should not be in complete status) and traverse to the "Additional Fields" area within the Timesheet item that is requiring the Payroll Approval Status.

• Ensure the Payroll Approval Status is always set to "Approved" for the timesheet item to be processed as part of the overall timesheet approval in Skedulo.
• Save the "Timesheet Item" containing the "Payroll Approval Status"

As a System Administrator (one off configuration),

• Enable the status for a new custom setting "Job Allocation Filter" in the Skedulo SAGE integration Package and set it to "skedsg__Payroll_Approval_Status__c = Approved".
• The configuration can be applied to Resource Shifts, and Activity objects also.

The Resource Costing information is displayed with correct currency denomination (eg: $10.11).

The cost code for the shift records is now sent in minutes instead of hours to maintain the correct distribution percentage within the timesheet in PeoplePay.
