Descriptions

A new long text field called Profanity Checker Blocklist has been introduced in Location Settings. You can add certain words separated by a semicolon to this list so that the system can flag them and display the standard error page when the user types any of the blocklisted words.

Some new environment variables have been introduced to facilitate this feature. Their details are provided below:

  1. A new environment variable called profanityQuestion has been introduced. When an object with valid message keys of different questions (eg: {"q.patient.lastname": true,"q.patient.firstname": true}) is set for this variable, the system scans the user's input for these questions and then validates against the words included in the Profanity Checker Blocklist.
  2. Another new environment variable called profanityFilteredBookingLogEmailDestination has been introduced. When a valid email address is set for this variable, the system detects the flagged booking and sends a notification email including the appointment's information to the designated email address.

Note

  1. If the Profanity Checker Blocklist is not visible in your org then probably you are using a custom page layout. In this case, you will need to add it first. Follow the steps below to add it:
    1. Go to Settings -> Setup -> Object Manager.
    2. Find and select the label Location Setting (API name- skedbg__Site_Setting__c).
    3. Go to Page Layouts-> Site Setting Layout and find the profanity Checker Blocklist and drag and drop it in the Location Setting Detail section as shown below:

  2. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to enable these variables.

We have added a new Custom Setting called Vax_Enable_Mobile_Formation. When this setting is enabled, the mobile numbers that may be provided in different formats by the users are saved in Salesforce in plain number format increasing the accuracy of duplicate account detection. To enable this custom setting, please carry out the following post-deployment steps:

  1. Go to Settings -> Setup.
  2. Find and select Custom Settings-> Manage (Preferences)
  3. Click New preference and enter Vax_Enable_Mobile_Formation.

  4. Make sure to check the Set flag to enable this setting and click Save.
