Description |
We have introduced a custom setting which allows you to limit the number of case notes that are pulled from the Lumary case note object into Client Details Form on the Mobile App. This is aimed at reducing the load time of the form. The setting can be edited by going to Set Up < Custom Settings < Skedulo Configs < Number_Of_Visible_Case_Notes Please note if you wish to access this custom setting a new Client Details form is required to be deployed. Please raise a request with support or speak with your CSM to arrange this |
A Filter has been added to the Service Agreement Management Console called “Type of Date” which holds the values Weekend and Public Holiday. This was added to enhance the user experience when replacing the services in a recurring series that fall on a public holiday or weekend with the correct service. |
The Messaging on the Change Conflicts model has been changed to a more user friendly message from: “Please confirm the changes you would like to apply to all recurring jobs. Change unchecked will be saved for this job only” to “Check the items below you wish to apply to all jobs in the series. If nothing is selected, the changes will only be applied to the current job” |
When selecting the Apply to All button on the schedule job console changes will be made to all jobs in the recurring series based on the options selected. A message will appear confirming which options have been selected and asking the user to confirm their selection before proceeding. |
When a client needs to be added or removed from a group event that has a recurring series, you can now make the change from the group event template instead of the first job in the series. Please note that if there are more than 75 jobs in the series a batch will be required to run to enact the change because of the volume of data. You will be notified by email once the batch has been completed. |
Issues Resolved
- The Pattern field was not auto-populating when creating a new Availability Pattern and an error was received if a value was not input. This field now auto populates to “Weekly”
- When replicating a roster from the Roster Resource Console, the balance check batch was failing if there were non-billable jobs included. The logic has been updated to exclude non billable jobs from the balance check batch
