Resource information was not being returned when requesting data for more than 200 resources.
As a result, resources with secondary regions were appearing as Out of Region and unavailable in the Skedulo web app.
We've resolved this issue.
Making a request with multiple resources from different regions was triggering an error.
We are now chunking large requests into multiple requests of 200 resources each to ensure this error no longer occurs.
