Skedulo + PeoplePay Package Release Notes v1.52

This package version requires the following mandatory packages in place before installation.

An enhancement to have all allowances associated with the cost center of the Job. This enhancement applies to both Single booking and Group event jobs.

Instructions:

As a Scheduler or Timesheet Approver:

• Navigate to the timesheet console in Skedulo.
• Approve the Skedulo timesheet containing the jobs and activities (assuming the job/activities has cost centers and is also an allowance-related job/activity).
• Navigate to the PeoplePay Timesheet.
• Check for the Timesheet Items with Payee Allowance value populated.
• Check for the linked timesheet containing the cost codes for the same Timesheet Items.

As a System Administrator (one off configuration):

• No configuration is required.

The Sleepover Checkbox is displayed as enabled during recurring schedules and roster replication process.

A bug around timezones to be respected during the Skedulo timesheet approval process and PeoplePay Payroll has been resolved. For example:

1. A region with the timezone - GMT + 10hrs (AEST) is in consideration.

2. The scheduler/approver is located in the timezone GMT + 11hrs (AEDT).

3. The job is approved as part of the Skedulo timesheet which reflects the timezone the approver: GMT + 11hrs (AEDT).

4. In PeoplePay, the same timezone as the scheduler is reflected in the timesheets.
