From this version, we've added a new column called Booking Arranger that distinguishes the regular contact from the booking arranger in the list of Account page (or Contact page or Contact based on which object is chosen to hold patient details in your environment) in Salesforce. With this addition, the clinic managers can quickly identify who the booking arranger is for small Group Booking.

Note

The user still needs to edit and save the Set Field-Level Security for Booking Arranger for it to be visible. To do this:

  1. Go to Settings -> Setup -> Object Manager.
  2. Find and select the label Account (or Contact).
  3. Go to the Field and Relationship -> Booking Arranger.
  4. Select the required Set Field-Level Security.
  5. Set the necessary field-level security and click Save.
  6. On the Account/Contact list view page, select the Setting-> Select Fields to Display and make the Booking Arranger visible.

The data collection step for a small group booking has been optimized so that now the information entered on the Personal Details page for the booking arranger is dynamically rendered on the Contact Details page if one of the group members is selected as the booking arranger. With this capability, users are not forced to re-enter personal information and can save time while making the booking.
