Skedulo Booking Application Release Notes v22.20.0

A new environment variable called largeGroupLocationSearchDelayDays has been introduced to let the patients select appointment dates after some days from their actual booking dates. With this capability, the clinics and vaccination centers can have a head start in making necessary arrangements and preparation to cater to the needs of large group bookings. The default value for this variable is 2 days.

For example, if the largeGroupLocationSearchDelayDays is set to 2 days and today is 17th May. In this condition, the system looks up for the locations for today + 2 days. It means only those locations which have availability from 19th May are listed in the search results for the booking.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager to enable/configure this variable. 

All the hardcoded appointment statuses in the booking applications have been removed now so that it can accept any status from Salesforce and map them.  If the status doesn’t match with each other, then the booking app sets it as Unknown. With this enhancement, when Salesforce has a new status or changed the status of a job, conflicts don't happen when syncing appointment status between Salesforce and AWS.
