This package version requires the following mandatory packages in place before installation.

An enhancement to link Skedulo specific objects (Jobs, shifts, leave events, allowances, activities) to their corresponding "Timesheet entry" and/or "Timesheet items" within 2c9 PeoplePay product to enhance Analytics and reporting visibility around Skedulo and 2c9 PeoplePay products.

1. the new design encompasses the following details:

   • All Job Allocations include a lookup to the Timesheet Entry record that they are related to.

   • Any activities that are created also need to be related to the Timesheet Entry that they have been created against

   • Resource shifts should have a lookup to the Timesheet Entry they are related to

   • Skedulo Leave events to include a lookup to the Timesheet Entry record that they are related to.

   • How to manage allowances that come in as a TSI (Timesheet items in PeoplePay)

   • If the 2Jobs are merged as a single 1 TSE, then display the same TSE on both of the jobs

Instructions:

As a System Administrator,

• Include the new intermediate custom object "Sked 2c9 Timesheet Info" (skedsg__Sked_2c9_Timesheet_Info__c) into the Salesforce App Launcher (9 dots)

• The custom object can be added as a "Related List" item in the 2c9 Timesheet Entry and Timesheet Items Page Layouts.

Enhancements:SAGE-411

An enhancement around the "Job Allocation" form in Salesforce that will detail every resource's "Scheduled Vs Contracted Hrs" which will benefit the schedulers to correctly and efficiently manage resource scheduling process.

Note:

1. This feature is applicable and available only in Salesforce and not in Skedulo WebApp.
2. Scheduled Hours = Job duration + Activity duration + Shift duration + Leave event duration.

Instructions:

As a System Administrator (one off setting change to be applied),

1. Add a new Custom Meta Data Setting: "Scheduled Hour Objects"
2. enable the setting to "Active".
3. Save the new setting

As a Scheduler,

1. The allocation screen will display the "Scheduled Vs Contracted Hrs" for each of the resources available to be chosen for Job assignment.

2. The scheduler is given a choice to select the resources based on their scheduled hrs.

Enhancements:SAGE-425

An enhancement around the "Job Allocation" form in Salesforce that will provide the ability for schedulers to search the resource required from a list of available resources to perform work.

Instructions:

As a Scheduler,

1. A new search box has been added into the Job allocation screen
2. Typing the first 3 or 4 characters of the resource's name will generate the list of resources adhering to the search criteria

Enhancements:SAGE-426

An enhancement around the "Job Allocation" form in Salesforce where the list of resources to be assigned is sorted alphabetically based on the "First Name" of the resource.

Enhancements:SAGE-409

An enhancement in the Leave event generation process to include the cost centre of the Job, shift or activity.

Instructions:

As a System Administrator (one off setting change to be applied),

1. Within the Integration Package, enable the new custom setting to "True".
2. Based on the Cost Centre source already defined (either JA or JSI), the leave event will contain the cost centre information updated.

As a Scheduler:

1. if the setting of the cost centre is from Job Allocation (JA), then the leave event object will reflect the cost centre of the Job allocation

 2. If the setting for cost centre source is from JSI, then the leave event record will NOT have the cost centre of the JSI

3. The process of timesheet approval in Skedulo remains unchanged.
